The programme is designed to allow a business owner to improve themselves in all aspects of running a business with a strong focus on sound financial management, smart marketing, leadership and accountability.
The initial session uses recent final information from
your business to teach you how to optimise your profitability and
cashflow and quantify different growth scenarios.
Once you have learned these valuable lessons, we'll coach
you through the next stages of your business growth using
specialists in the areas of sales and marketing, organisational
development and finance.
This service has qualified for the NZTE Capability
Development Voucher Scheme, and is eligible for voucher
redemption.
Duration: 12 months (monthly training
sessions)
Cost per person: $6180 plus GST payable by a first month
payment of $2000 followed by 11 instalments of $380 plus GST.
