We start by teaching you how to review your existing marketing activity and quantify your current return on investment.
Then we'll give you the knowledge you need to segment your
current customers and provide you with a simple tool that enables
you to gain invaluable information from each customer
segment.
Once you've acquired this knowledge we'll work with you to help you
develop a winning marketing strategy to decide your ideal target
markets, your competitive advantage and a plan of attack.
With your marketing strategy in place, we'll teach you how to
choose and integrate traditional and online marketing activities to
maximise your marketing return on investment. At this stage
you'll learn how to use low cost and no cost marketing tactics, so
no matter how small your budget, you'll be able to market
effectively.
With your tactics in place, you'll learn how to improve the
response for each, how to test and improve your marketing and how
to measure effectiveness.
Finally you'll work with an implementation coach to help ensure
that everything you've learned is translated into better marketing
practice for you. We'll help you turn your marketing plans into
actions and give you the marketing disciplines to keep you on
track.
