John has more than 10 years experience in human resource
management and is a member of the Human Resource Institute of New
Zealand. John is widely sought after for his approach to
facilitating the development of leadership and management
skills, as well as driving organisational culture
change.
John has coached senior executives in
industry as well as partners of national law firms. Companies John
has worked with include Cryovac Sealed Air NZ, Hansells, Nutra Life
Health & Fitness, James Hardie and ABB where he worked as a
consultant on culture change resulting in productivity gains of
well over $200 million.
John is passionate about helping people to achieve their full
potential and supporting businesses to get the best out of their
staff.
John is a keen apiarist with a network of hives on Waiheke
Island. His honey is sold under the "Azzuro" brand and is ordered
from as far afield as the USA.
