The High Impact Programme is launch pad for businesses that want to accelerate their growth and develop the necessary capability to capitalise on additional (including offshore) markets.

This programme is more advanced than our normal half day and one day workshops, and is designed to help you plan and implement the next steps to business growth.

How does it work

Participants will:
• Work one-on-one with a WHK Business Growth advisor
• Attend workshop sessions, where participants share experiences and put
together action plans to take their businesses to the next stage of growth

The process involves:
• Completing a programme application form
• Completing a confidential assessment of your business with a WHK Business Growth advisor. This assessment will help to identify some of the strengths
and opportunities for improvement. As you work through the assessment process with your advisor, opportunities for your business will be identified and
documented
• Attending four full day workshops spread over 4 weeks. These workshops create opportunities to learn from others, both on the day and moving forward
• Utilising one-on-one coaching time with a WHK Business Growth advisor. These sessions allow you to focus on your specific areas for improvement
• Tracking the performance of your business over the programme duration
