What is the cost?
The programme is fully funded for those businesses selected to participate. The only investment is your time, effort and commitment.
Is High Impact for you?
This programme is suited to the owners and managers of small to medium sized businesses that:
- Are from the relevant sector
- Have a track record of commercial success or have been trading for at least two years
- Have a business plan or vision which provides a structure for how the business is going to grow
- Have started exporting or are planning to export in the next 12 months
- Employ less than 50 full time employees
- Want to raise their business vision beyond current ‘comfort zones’
- Are committed to taking their business to the next level – from initial to rapid growth
How does it work?
Participants will:
- Work one-on-one with a WHK Business Growth advisor
- Attend workshop sessions, where participants share experiences and put together action plans to take their businesses to the next stage of growth.
The process involves:
- Completing a programme application form
- Completing a confidential assessment of your business with a WHK Business Growth advisor. This assessment will help to identify some of the strengths and opportunities for improvement. As you work through the assessment process with your advisor, opportunities for your business will be identified and documented
- Attending several workshops over a number of consecutive weeks. These workshops create opportunities to learn from others, both on the day and moving forward. Please note that there is an expectation for you (or at least one representative from your company) to attend all programme sessions. - Utilising up to six months implementation support from a WHK Business Growth advisor. This will be made up of sessions that will allow you to focus on your specific areas for improvement
- Tracking the performance of your business over the programme duration.
